Montana Technological University is a public university based in Butte, Montana, known for its strong STEM programs, along with degrees in health and professional fields. With the surrounding mountains and public lands as an extension of campus, outdoor access plays a key role in the student experience.
We partnered with Montana Tech to capture commercial lifestyle photography highlighting the connection between academic life and the outdoor opportunities available to students.
Montana Tech needed photography that would help communicate the broader student experience beyond the classroom.
The focus was on capturing students engaging with the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the idea that studying at Montana Tech includes access to outdoor recreation and the natural environment of Southwest Montana. The imagery needed to support admissions and marketing efforts by showing a balance between academics and lifestyle.
We planned and executed an outdoor lifestyle photoshoot in a remote mountain setting, working with the Admissions team to capture authentic student-focused imagery.
